Comfortable stay but not ideal

I stayed for 2 nights in a queen room and frankly, I was pretty disappointed. The check-in was slow, and my room wasn’t cleaned well. The beds were alright, but I had to sanitize everything myself. Plus, the snack bar was pretty limited. It’s also near a stoplight, making it tough to get out at times.

We had a relaxing time because of the super convenient location! It was easy to explore Branson's attractions. A downside was the hot tub being cold. Overall, a nice stay! 🌟

I recently stayed in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the location near attractions. While the hot tub was out of order during my visit, the spacious room made up for it. I'd certainly return for the overall experience.

In my wife’s opinion, the lighting in the parking lot could be improved for safety. Better visibility would help families feel more secure when returning at night.
